For returns or exchanges please download form and include with packaged merchandise.

Sven Original Clog’s customer service goal is simple:  We are committed to providing our customers with total satisfaction.  Contact us at svensclogs@aol.com or call 1-800-243-7836 between 8 am and 5 pm we will be happy to help you.  Please feel free to drop us a line to share your thoughts on our website, all comments are welcome.

There is a $45.00 restocking fee for all returns, except for close-out purchases.

Returns must be received 2 weeks after purchase.

All returns must have prior approval of return department.  We will need to inspect the clogs before a credit or exchange is issued.  Worn clogs are not returnable.  If the clogs are soiled or not in new condition, we will not issue a refund.  You are responsible for return shipping charges.
